Academic Council

The highest decision-making authority of President Abdul Hamid Medical College & Hospital, overseeing academic, administrative and student welfare matters.

The College Academic Council is composed of the Principal, Vice Principal and senior faculty members ranging from Professor to Assistant Professor of all departments of the college. It is the highest decision-making authority regarding all academic activities, administrative matters, and student matters — especially student welfare relating to the college.

Heads the council and leads all academic and administrative decisions of the college.

Vice Principal

Supports academic governance and assists in administration of council matters.

Senior Faculty

Professors to Assistant Professors representing every department of the college.

Institutional governance and operational policy within the legal framework.

Matters relating to student affairs, discipline and overall wellbeing.

Binding Within a Regulated Framework

Council decisions are binding on all teachers, officers, employees and students, provided they remain within the country’s legal framework and do not conflict with the following authorities:
