Program Details

All students are required to abide by all the rules and regulations of the College. Non-adherence makes students liable to disciplinary action, ranging from a warning to expulsion from the College.

Students of PAHMC are forbidden to organize any union, association or society other than those set up by the authority, in order to enrich their physical, intellectual, social and ethical development.

Students are expected to maintain a consistently high standard in academic performance. In-course evaluation is carried out through regular periodic class tests, assignments, card final and term final examinations conducted by individual departments.

The term final examination includes written papers (a combination of MCQs and short questions), orals, and practical/clinical assessment including OSPE and OSCE. Results are recorded in the student’s progress report card / log book, and a share of the marks in the University’s professional examinations comes from in-course formative evaluations.

No student is allowed to sit for the University’s Professional MBBS examination unless these thresholds are met, alongside satisfactory attitude, behaviour and conduct.
