The Principal is the executive head of the college, guided by the Governing Body in all administrative and financial matters. The Chairperson is the executive head of the Governing Body and guides the Principal in all relevant matters of the college. In academic matters, the Principal is advised by the Academic Council. Together, the Principal and Academic Council oversee human resource management, the educational programs, and the academic environment of the college.

Clinical students attend two hours of hands-on clinical teaching in the hospital each evening.
